If the drop box is full, either empty it or reserve one line for people who have already paid. I spent 30 minutes waiting to ship something yesterday, and I have to go back today and do it again...

That's bullshit there. My UPS store (and post office) always takes people's packages who have prepaid. Screw waiting. I would have busted to the front of the line.
